Happy Early Spoopy season! Today we discuss our favorite Halloween serial killers and get into a tense game of Trivia!

Classic Tequila Shot

• 1½ ounces silver tequila
• Lime wedge
• Kosher salt

Pour the tequila into a chilled shot glass. Rub the area between the thumb and forefinger with the lime wedge to moisten the skin. Sprinkle salt on the moistened area. Lick the salt, then quickly gulp the tequila, and bite into the lime wedge.

Blue Monday

• 1 ounce gin
• 1 ounce Cointreau (or triple sec)
• Dash of blue curaçao
• 3 to 4 ounces chilled club soda

Pour the gin and Cointreau into an ice-filled highball glass. Add the curaçao. Top with club soda and stir.

Black and Tan

• 6 ounces lager or pale ale
• 6 ounces stout

Slowly pour the lager into a chilled beer mug, and then slowly add the stout.

Alabama

• 1 ounce brandy
• 1 ounce Cointreau
• ½ ounce fresh lime juice
• ½ teaspoon sugar
• Orange twist

Shake the liquid ingredients and sugar vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist the orange peel over the drink, and drop it in.
