Many people don’t consider that the Bible doesn’t define retirement.
Does this mean we should be working forever? Should we sacrifice time with our loved ones for work?
Certainly not.
The common definition of retirement is leaving your job and ceasing to work.
But the fact that the term does not exist in the Bible suggests that work is omnipresent in our lives.
And if we look at what we wish our retirement to be like, the work doesn’t end.
It changes its form.
