In this episode, Joanna Vargas and I, sit down and talk about the journey she took in Entrepreneurship and how she went from always trying to please others to start pleasing herself. As Business owners, especially in the beginning of our journeys, it’s so common to hear that we’re always trying to get the approval of others first and leave ourselves and our own thoughts/opinions on the back burner. Over time, she learned to ask herself “Who am I choosing for?” and “When am I gonna choose for ME?” As a former brick and mortar fitness studio owner to now being an online Mindset Coach and Speaker with 2 Podcasts, she teaches us that it’s ok to not always know where you’re going with your journey and sometimes you loose your way. What is most important though is that you keep pushing through and putting YOU first rather than the opinions of others, while not stopping once you achieve a goal.
