Somewhere along the way, we started believing life only counts when something big is happening.
The vacation.
The promotion.
The weekend.
The relationship.
The breakthrough.
And in the process, we stopped noticing our actual lives.
This episode is about learning how to fall in love with an ordinary Tuesday.
Because if you can enjoy a regular day — with nothing exciting on the calendar, no huge milestone, no big dopamine hit — you’ve genuinely figured something out that most people haven’t.
Right now, so many people are exhausted, burnt out, overstimulated, and constantly chasing the next thing… while missing the life happening right in front of them.
In this episode, we talk about:
Because joy doesn’t only exist in big moments.
Most of your life will be lived in the ordinary.
A random Tuesday coffee.
Your kids laughing in the other room.
A walk outside.
A quiet night at home.
Your favorite song in the car.
That is life.
And maybe the most radical thing you can do in a world obsessed with more…
is learn to genuinely enjoy where you already are.

There are some conversations that sit in your chest for days, weeks… sometimes years.
The ones you replay in your head.
The ones you avoid because you’re scared of conflict, rejection, misunderstanding, or making things worse.
This episode is about one of those conversations for me.
The conversation I was terrified to have with my sister — and why I almost didn’t have it at all.
Because the truth is, avoidance feels safer in the moment.
You convince yourself it’s “keeping the peace,” when really, it’s keeping you stuck.
But I’ve learned something important:
Courage isn’t the absence of fear.
It’s sending the text anyway.
Making the call anyway.
Sitting down anyway.
In this episode, I talk about:
Because sometimes the conversation you fear the most…
is the exact conversation that sets you free.
And even if it doesn’t go perfectly, there’s power in knowing you showed up honestly.
That’s resilience too.

If 2026 has taught me anything, it’s this:
Life is not a sprint — it’s a marathon.
And I don’t just mean that in a motivational way… I mean it in the way life forces you to slow down, recalibrate, and realize you can’t rush your way through everything.
In this episode, I’m sharing three things this year has really shown me — not just things I’ve heard before, but things I’ve felt differently this time around.
First — just because someone is good at one thing, doesn’t mean they’re good at everything.
And if you don’t understand that, you’ll misplace trust, expectations, and even respect.
Second — life requires a different pace than we think.
You can’t sprint through healing, growth, relationships, or even success.
Trying to will burn you out.
And third — something I’ve always known, but this year hit differently:
everyone is fighting a battle you know nothing about.
And when you really see that… it changes how you move, how you respond, and how you judge people.
This episode isn’t surface-level.
It’s perspective. It’s lived experience. It’s slowing down enough to actually understand what life is trying to teach you.
Because sometimes the lesson isn’t new —
you’re just finally ready to receive it.

I was listening to a group of older women talking the other day, and one of them said something that stopped me in my tracks:
“Shit… I’m just getting older and can’t move like I used to — but it’s better than the alternative.”
And just like that, perspective shifted.
In a world that constantly tells us to fight aging, fix ourselves, and chase what’s next, this was a reminder to slow down and be present. To appreciate what is — not just what isn’t.
This episode is about that mindset.
It’s about:
Because when we take care of ourselves — mentally, physically, emotionally — we don’t just feel better.
We show up better for our kids, our relationships, and the people who rely on us.
Getting older isn’t the problem.
Losing perspective is.
And sometimes, the people who’ve lived the longest…
see it the clearest.

We talk a lot about confidence.
But almost no one is talking about self-worth — and they are not the same thing.
This episode is just the beginning of a much bigger conversation I’ve been thinking about deeply — honestly, if I ever write a second book, it will be on this.
Because the real questions are:
Where does self-esteem actually come from?
And how do we build real, lasting confidence?
This is the tip of the iceberg — but it matters.
Because the way you see yourself determines:
This conversation is the starting point —
of understanding yourself, rebuilding your foundation, and learning how to show up differently.

You ever have one of those days where your brain just goes completely off the rails?
The “what if” thoughts start stacking…
Worst-case scenarios take over…
And before you know it, you’ve mentally jumped off a cliff you were never even near.
Yeah — me too.
In this episode, I’m talking about what happens when your inner “chimp” takes over — a concept from The Chimp Paradox — and how quickly things can spiral if you don’t catch it.
Because the truth is…
I lost my sh*t today.
My chimp snapped.
But here’s what I’ve learned:
You don’t fight the spiral with more chaos.
You don’t jump off the cliff.
You slow it down.
You ask:
“What’s the next best thing I can do right now?”
In this episode, we get into:
Because resilience isn’t about never losing it —
it’s about recognizing it faster and choosing not to let it take you out.
If life swings… and your mind starts spiraling…
this is how you don’t jump — and start swinging back.

I've tried to build a message around resilience.
“Swing back.”
“Be in love with being alive.”
But what happens when you’re the one not doing either?
This episode is about that gap —
the space between what you say and how you’re actually living.
Because the truth is, even the strongest people fall out of alignment.
You get tired. You get hit. You stop fighting back.
And before you know it, you’re not practicing the very things you preach.
This isn’t about guilt or hypocrisy.
It’s about awareness and ownership.
In this episode, I talk about:
Because resilience isn’t about always getting it right.
It’s about catching it faster and choosing to swing back again.

MY FIRST EVER SPEAKING EVENT SHARED WITH YOU!
WHEN LIFE SWINGS - ARE YOU GOING TO FALL VICTIM TO IT? OR SWING BACK?
The reason I have been doing some replays from the "oldie but goodie" episodes is because I was super busy with my first ever in person speaking event.
I tried to spend any free business time focused on that and now I have it for you!
It's less than 5 minutes so listen and let me know what you think!
I joined the NSA back in August, they had a "last story standing competition"
So I couldn't wait to actually be on stage and speak!
The goal was: A moment in time, a story - One Theme - One Outcome - One Call to Action but it had to be 5 minutes or less.
I can't wait for you all to listen!
