In this episode I am joined by Sean Bell, runner, speaker and cofounder for First 42km program. I was lucky enough to join in on a small part of his Cairns to Melbourne run where he raised over 100k running over 60km per day for 60 days. Running started for him as a stress release but shortly turned into something much more, it’s became a passion and now gets to speak to schools about the importance of pursuing your passions. He shares a touching story about a friend passing and we talk about how precious life is and how understanding that can change our perspective and the way we live life. So lucky to have Sean as a couch for my first marathon and the opportunity to learn from his incredible mindset around goals, tackling hurdles and facing fears.
