First, Giordano tells of an absolutely horrific situation down at the border, with nearly 50 migrants found dead in a truck trailer. Then, Giordano swings into a conversation about local lawlessness, revealing developments coming out of Harrisburg concerning a potential impeachment of Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner. Dom tells about an exchange before a vote to determine a judiciary committee to investigate Krasner, playing back a clip of a local representative who tried arguing that Republicans are not listening to Philadelphians, even after a heart wrenching press conference last week featuring the victims of violence in Philadelphia.

Then, Pennsylvania State Representative Joshua Kail joins the Dom Giordano Program to discuss the impeachment process of Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner he helped launch, hoping to hold the official accountable for a crime spike in the city. First, Giordano asks Kail about the step-by-step process of what will happen now that an investigative committee has been approved. Then, Rep. Kail retorts claims that he, being an outsider, should not have any power to hold local officials accountable.
