So, we all have that inner voice in our head. Some of us have a inner voice that is kind and gentle. One that encourages us to keep the faith and remind us of how awesome we are . Some of us have more of an inner critic. When we talk to ourselves we are mean. Unforgiving and sometimes down right cruel. So today that’s what we are talking about shutting down our inner bully.
