🌾 Evening Meditation
Some weeks just break you.
In tonight’s heartfelt devotional, Amber Ginter shares a raw moment of vulnerability between her and her husband—one that reflects what so many of us feel when we’ve reached the end of ourselves. When responsibilities pile up, unexpected crises strike, and the weight of holding everything together becomes too heavy, it’s easy to feel like a failure. But Amber points us back to a powerful truth: God’s grace is sufficient.
When the Apostle Paul cried out to the Lord about his weakness, Jesus didn’t offer immediate deliverance. Instead, He offered something greater—grace. A grace that sustains. A grace that reminds us that we don’t have to be strong all the time. In fact, our weakness is the very place where God’s strength shines most.
Tonight, if you’re exhausted, emotionally drained, or quietly questioning your ability to keep going, let this be your reminder: It’s okay to not be okay. You are not alone, and your brokenness is not the end—it’s the space where Jesus enters in with His healing power.
🙏 Your Nightly Prayer
Dear Jesus,
When we face tiring life circumstances, please remind us that it's okay to be weak and weary. Just as you told Paul that your grace was sufficient for him, remind us that your grace is sufficient for us, too! You are with us, within us, and all around us, and you care about our well-being.
We love, praise, and thank you, Lord.
Amen.
