Corinne recounts a trauma that only those that attended a fireworks show in CB Smith Park in the 1980's can truly empathize with.
All of the fireworks talk leads Al & Coco down a path of discussing summer travel: "Do's & absolutely DO NOT'S".
Finally, If you're feeling a little down this week, fret no more- we have a few profiles that will remind you of how absolutely PERFECT you are.
We also receive an email from a fellow SWIMmer that helps shed some light on last weeks conversation about separate sleeping situations for those that live with their partner but secretly plot their demise once the lights go out.
**We have a very: "live and let live", attitude as it pertains to the actions of our SWIMmers but this week we must command you to listen until the VERY LAST SECOND of the pod to hear the accidentally captured, post-recording phrase Corinne yells- that sent Al to the floor laughing while editing this show.

Life is good. Our 24th episode is uploaded, the Denver Nuggets are NBA champions- so how did our girl Corinne end up losing big-time? Fear not. We all know CK won't stay down for long, so she dusts herself off and sets her sights on the unattainable. Corinne giveth and Corinne taketh away… from the community that she supports most.
I'll leave it at that.
Moving on.
Scientists say the most ferocious bear is the Polar Bear. We respectfully challenge this claim by these "scientists". After this episode, you’ll find out where the most dangerous bears are hiding.
Finally...
We play a game of: “bang-or-byyeee”... highlighted with a profile that makes Al’s blood boil, as well as help a fellow SWIMmer determine whether the best path forward with their partner is: together or in totally opposite directions. The pairs opinions on this one go in opposite directions as well.

Fresh off of an episode about barbecue etiquette, in which we had the nerve to lecture our swimmers about the do’s and don’ts of barbecues, Corinne went out and did all of don’t without a hint of irony- she just forgot not to do that. Stick around for that. Oh, and if you are planning to stick around, why don’t you stay a little longer and hear how she may have blown it with the best guy ever- although, who knows? With Corinne, redemption is always right around the corner (or right down the stairs of the next speakeasy).
Al tells a tale in which he requests the advice of the SWIMmers; before he acts, as he has no felony record and would like to keep it that way.
Our duo is never one to ask for help without giving a little! So the pair offers up some revenge “ideas” to help a SWIMmer “blessed” with some close-minded in-laws.
There’s a lot in this episode—a lot.
