The Property Council of Australia’s latest office vacancy figures presented some surprises in major cities across the country. While concerns about the market still remain from 2022, industry experts are beginning to see positive signs of stability in vacancy rates in the next 12 months alongside a more robust supply pipeline in big cities such as Melbourne.
