Chris Fitzgerald in a civil suit hoping to bring some accountability to the explosion of crime on Temple’s campus that led to his client’s death. The new civil suit is filed against the assailant’s family, 18-year-old Miles Pfeffer’s father, mother, and mother’s boyfriend. Marrone explains the ideology behind the lawsuit, explaining why his clients believe the trio to be liable for negligence and wrongful death in the fatal shooting. Marrone tells where he expects the case to go, revealing that it will be heard by DA Larry Krasner, with Giordano and the Attorney discussing how the hyper-progressive DA may affect the case.

Then, tells of U.S. News and World Report’s 2023 “Most Diverse Medical Schools” rankings, revealing that Thomas Jefferson University ranks among last, explaining why he sees their rank as a positive rather than a negative.
