I am a unique individual with my own special set of skills, talents, and attributes. I am worthy of love and respect, and I am capable of achieving great things in life. These are just some of the positive things that I can say about myself with affirmations.

Affirmations are positive statements that we can say to ourselves in order to change our mindset and improve our lives. When we repeat these statements often enough, they begin to replace negative thoughts and beliefs that we may have about ourselves. This can lead to improved self-esteem, increased confidence, and success in many areas of our lives.

If you’re not sure where to start with affirmations, consider writing down some of the positive things that you would like to believe about yourself. Once you have a list of affirmations, repeat them to yourself often, either out loud or in your head. You may also want to record yourself saying the affirmations and play the recording back to yourself on a daily basis.
