Last week we took quick glance around the Central Division to predict who the breakout stars might be who could give the Predators trouble in the 2022-2023 season. On today's Locked On Predators Nick and Ann take a much closer look at home and predict who the Nashville Predators breakout stars could be. After a difficult start with the Predators, Cody Glass spent much of last season in Milwaukee, and Nick and Ann tell you if what Glass has done in the AHL is likely to translate well to a spot on the NHL roster in Nashville. Is he really ready to breakout for the Preds? Phil Tomasino was the young darling of last season. We'll tell you what he needs to show at training camp to prove he is ready for an even bigger role on the team. Our dark horse breakout candidate for the upcoming season is a player not many in Nashville are talking about, and while we don't think he will be lighting it up on the scoreboard every game, Nick and Ann are pretty sure this new Pred could be an important contributor in the bottom six. Finally, we will tell you if there is a chance for a defensive breakout star this season in Nashville.
