Full Hour | To lead off today’s final hour, Giordano welcomes back Pennsylvania gubernatorial candidate Bill McSwain, former United States Attorney, to discuss multiple issues playing out both locally and nationally. First, Giordano asks for McSwain’s thoughts on the retirement of Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, with McSwain explaining how he thinks things will shake out. Then, Giordano and McSwain move into a conversation centered on schools, discussing a controversy in York County over a school board member’s insults levied toward parents, with McSwain telling why this further solidifies the need for school choice in the State. Finally, McSwain offers his opinion on a potential impeachment of Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner, and offers up what he would do as Governor to prevent another District Attorney from leading the city down a similar path. In addition, Giordano spends the remainder of the hour discussing the news surrounding Breyer’s retirement, and previews what topics will arise in a hearing process and the following midterm vote.
