The new Netflix film, The Electric State, directed by the Russo brothers, is an action/family/comedy/sci-fi/thing set in a Dystopian Future that isn't that bad.

The film stars Millie Bobby Brown as an orphaned girl who wants to track down her genius brother and Chris Pratt as a smuggler who aids her against his will.
