For years I had this story that I told about myself "I was always hungry!" I was never fully satisfied after eating and had the desire for more.  I went to nursing school and took several classes about the body, diet, and nutrition, but didn't fully understand until I went to Life Coach School and learned about hormones and the brain.  What I learned was there wasn't anything wrong with me! It was that my body was working exactly the way it was supposed to!
