Full Hour | In today’s second hour, Dom Giordano leads off by telling of a controversy brewing over in the world of Golf after Brooks Koepka, a participant in LIV Golf, the new league financed by the Saudi government. Dom takes issue with Koepka’s allowance to compete, explaining that he would ban anybody participating in the Saudi league from competing in the PGA Tour. Then, Dom tells that today is the $10 year anniversary of a pizza bought with Bitcoin, noting that the pizza would now be valued in the hundreds of millions. Then, Dom and Dan take listeners down to the Jersey Shore, revealing the most popular t-shirt designs being sold at shore stores this summer.
Then, Dom moves into a conversation about Presidential politics, returning to the announcement by Senator Tim Scott that he’d be throwing his hat into the ring for a Republican nominee. This leads Dom into a conversation about Ron DeSantis’s presidential chances, telling that he’s feeling that voters are moving back toward Trump after some stumbles in Florida. Dom plays back a clip from the President of the NAACP, who suggests that people of color are no longer safe in the State, which Dom shrugs off as absolutely preposterous.
