Full Hour | Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by welcoming legendary Eagles broadcaster Ray Didinger to help lessen the blow of a tough loss in yesterday’s Super Bowl against the Kansas City Chiefs. First, Dom asks about the bad showing by the defense, asking Didinger how much blame lies with Defensive Coordinator Johnathon Gannon, with Ray discussing adjustments that should have been made to help lead Eagles to success. Then, Dom asks Ray about the controversial flag near the end of the game that helped solidify a Chiefs win, telling that it was indeed a hold, but due to the officiating throughout the rest of the game, the refs should have called the play with the same consistency as the rest of the game. Also, Dom asks Ray what he expects from the future of the franchise with a payday coming up for Quarterback Jalen Hurts, predicting whether the Eagles can find continued success once signing their quarterback to a franchise-level deal. Then, Dom offers his thoughts on everything regarding the Super Bowl, giving his grade on the National Anthem and halftime show, and talking about some peripheral moments from the game.
