With State Governments issuing Stay at Home or Safe at Home orders the question came up.  Is home building, real estate, and remodeling an essential service?

We came up with over a dozen reasons why construction should be an essential service during these uncertain times of the Corona Virus.  To help other builders and contractors have talking points to present to their elected officials to keep their business operational while also keep the risk low to the public.
