I didn't grow up around alcohol. Maybe an occasional vino with my nonno, a shot or two on New Years with my uncles, the typical highschool and university experimentation. I never thought any of it was a big deal. 

But by the time our third child arrived, alcohol had become something much more sinister: an escape from dealing with the real issues in my personal and business life. As I've unpacked how insidious the effects were on me, I've decided to eliminate it completely from my life. 

In this episode, I share my story with alcohol not to judge, but to perhaps let others learn from my mistakes.
