In this episode of Apparel Success, I talk about why I decided to quit my clothing brand and stop posting to social media. All of the marketing efforts that were generating thousands of views on TikTok and Instagram have been halted. All of the marketing that was generating tens of thousands of dollars in sales have been stopped. The real reason that behind the scenes I have been working on a new clothing brand startup that will be revealed in Fall of 2024. The amount of work and commitment it takes to develop the new clothing brand well, has forced me to make a difficult decision with where I focus my time. The opportunity cost of spending all my time marketing my old clothing brand is too high - and so I've decided to pause all marketing efforts and let the clothing brand run in the background while I start my new clothing brand.
