McKenzie Mitchell is the co-founder and owner of Swiss Avenue Birth and Wellness in Dallas, Texas, where she works as a certified Maternal Health and Wellness coach, BEST certified doula and student midwife. After her own three birth center births and seeing the effects of the pandemic on pregnancy, birth and families in general, she pivoted and sold her bakery so that she could dedicate her professional time and energy towards supporting people throughout their entire childbirth journey. She really values the freedom that finding her passion has afforded her and continues to dive into other areas of health and wellness, as well as follow her entrepreneurial spirit in several different arenas.
