Today, I am blessed to have here with me Paul F. Austin. Paul F. Austin is a pioneer in the 21st century responsible use of psychedelics for healing, leadership and personal transformation. He has been featured in BBC, Forbes, and Rolling Stone for his accomplishments in entrepreneurship regarding social awareness towards the benefits of microdosing psychedelics. Paul is the author of the book “Microdosing Psychedelics: A Practical Guide to Upgrade Your Life” and the founder of two companies in the emerging psychedelic space, Third Wave and Synthesis.

In this episode, Paul opens the show by speaking about his experience with 1Heart and what it was like to drink ayahuasca seven times in two weeks. All of Paul's ayahuasca experiences have allowed him to live authentically with a fully open heart. However, having a fully open heart can come with some consequences. Paul explains the importance of finding a balance between vulnerability and maturity on your journey. Later, we chat about staying grounded, building freedom, and the surprising benefits of microdosing.
