Ever been told "just be your self" and you're kind of just like..Ummm I don't know what that means or...I'm pretty sure that's all I know how to do? Authenticity is a every day practice and using tools like human design can really help navigate as you evolve and grow. The only thing constant is change and sometimes being your self means accepting new parts of your self or discovering sides of your self you never knew existed.
