There is a lot of talk about improving America's infrastructure. The House of Representatives recently passed the INVEST Act, legislation that would earmark billions towards improving America’s roadways, transportation, and more, and includes funds for wildlife corridors and crossings -- to help wild animals survive in an increasingly developed world.
