Dr. Natalie (Nat) Green is a trauma therapist, coach, podcast host, and author. She is known for her expertise in trauma healing and her personally-created and innovative Accelerated Breakthrough Strategies (ABS) Method®. Dr. Nat has authored books including "Key to Freedom: The 7-Step Model to Triumph Over Trauma" and "Break Your Trauma Cycle: The 7 Archetypes of Transformation". She is also the proud host of podcast "Growing Tall Poppies".
