For me, it was crucial to confront these problems head-on. Therapy, allowing myself to be vulnerable, and having honest conversations were key in this process. I had to take ownership of my experiences, forgive myself and others, and make a conscious effort to work on my mental health. It's only through this active, intentional work that I’ve been able to find true success and freedom from the burdens of my past. And I believe that anyone can do the same if they’re willing to put in the effort.
