Have you heard about Lemonade? The insurance company, not the drink or the album by Beyoncé. Lemonade is an insurance company that prides itself for being technology-forward, and promises to process claims efficiently thanks to chatbots and artificial intelligence. In fact, the company is so proud of its technology-driven mission that it tweeted about how it uses AI to review insurance claims. And, no surprise, it didn’t go over well.
