He’s a PGA Pro who works with players on their swings and their physical training. He teaches as Leeds Beckett University on sport biomechanics and skill acquisition, which means he specializes in the most optimal ways to practice. He has his masters in in exercise science, and his PhD in biomedical science. He knows a ton about practice and that makes up the bulk of what we talk about.
