Both Bankruptcy Trustees are seeking to hire special counsel to sue Erika Girardi to claw back any property or loans provided to her or her companies. I have wondered when this would happen. If these motions are approved by the court we will likely see Erika Girardi and her companies sued within the Bankruptcy.
