XRP needs regulatory clarity to get adoption from Banks in the US according to Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse. Specifically Brad mentioned the Digital Commodity Exchange Act (DCEA) which was introduced to Congress, this bill seems it give Ripple the clarity it needs to have it's customers such as Bank of America leverage Ripple ODL which uses XRP. Marco investor Raoul Pal seems to be turning bullish on XRP.
