The Phillies signed right-hander Jordan Romano to a one-year, $8.5 million contract on Monday at the Winter Meetings in Dallas. But they still need to find an outfielder and more to upgrade a team that wants to win the World Series.

We’re back from the Winter Meetings in Dallas, and we spent Friday talking about Dave Dombrowski’s comments on the final day of the meetings on Wednesday, when he said it wasn’t the right time to trade a package of top prospects for Garrett Crochet, who was traded to the Red Sox. We also discuss Bryce Harper’s chances at a contract extension, following Scott Boras’ comments on Wednesday, and the Phillies’ chances to trade Alec Bohm.
