Ascension health system says its electronic health records should be restored by June 14. That would be a little more than a month after it was hit by a cyberattack. The health system has restored some health records in some states where it operates but not all. In Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin, Ascension says it’s still using manual and paper-based systems. Providers can send prescriptions electronically and pharmacy sites are open. Ascension says restoring everything is a complex process that’ll take time to complete.
Also, ongoing production delays at Boeing have forced United Airlines to take delivery of some smaller jets to help it cover some routes. Listen for more below:
