The outgoing Boeing CEO will also step down from his post on the Caterpillar board. Dave Calhoun is departing Boeing at the end of the year, as the company deals with a safety crisis. The planemaker is also under increasing scrutiny from federal regulators over issues with its manufacturing process. A regulatory filing says Calhoun won’t run for reelection at the Caterpillar shareholder meeting this year. The filing says the decision was not due to any disagreement with the company. 

Also, office vacancies have hit a new record high in the U.S. First quarter stats show the number at nearly 20%, as more companies downsize their floor plans with employees working from home. Listen for more below:
