Wintrust Business Minute: Chicago ranks third on the Best Cities for Food and Drinks list
Steve Grzanich has the business news of the day with the Wintrust Business Minute.
Food & Wine magazine is out with its Best Cities for Food and Drinks list and Chicago ranks third in the country. The magazine says Chicago has a diverse offering of foods that satisfy appetites across budgets.
Also, the downtown office vacancy rate climbed to 25.1% at the end of March. According to data from real estate services firm CBRE, it’s the first time the vacancy rate topped 25%. There’s been a new record high for seven straight quarters.
