Wintrust Business Minute: Six Flags and Cedar Fair finalizing $8 billion merger
Dave Schwan has the business news of the day with the Wintrust Business Minute.
A merger between two amusement parks you may have enjoyed while growing up is being finalized. The deal between Cedar Fair and Six Flags is estimated at $8 billion. Cedar Fair is the Parent of Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio. Six Flags in Gurnee has been running since 1976. The new company will be headquartered in Sandusky.
Also, a July 4th cookout will run more this year. Listen for more below:
