Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 24. I will then key in on verses 13 & 14 - My son, eat honey because it is good, And the honeycomb which is sweet to your taste; So shall the knowledge of wisdom be to your soul; If you have found it, there is a prospect, And your hope will not be cut off. Friends, these two verses speak of the importance of having wisdom in our lives. To pursue wisdom means spending time in the Word of God (the Bible) on a regular basis. On today's lesson we will continue our study of the Gospel, according to Luke. Today we will go over verses 14-18 of Chapter 16. By the end of today's lesson there are three things I ask that you consider:
1. What is highly esteemed among men is an abmonination in the sight of God.
2. The Lord does not see as man sees, for man looks at the outword appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.
3. It is easier for heaven and earth to pass away than for one title of the law to fail.
