Why can't we all be happy for a bit longer? Why, Sunderland? WHY? We look over the latest defeat to Reading and try and figure out how it went so badly.

We won a game and we can smile for a bit. It seems Chris Coleman has done something right in the last week, with the team and the fans galvanised. We discuss the Burton result as well as the impact of Coleman.

A trip to Burton always seems to be the subject of a joke when any side is relegated from the Premier League, "enjoy your trip to Burton" and all that. Well, they are above us in the league along with every other side so there's only one way we are going to enjoy this trip and that's to get something. Nay, get a win.

Stephen, Gareth and Rory chat about the aforementioned game and the loss to Villa. Plus there's still a lot of Coleman love in the studio.

We've got a new manager, and it's probably someone a little bit better than we thought we'd get. Chris Coleman is the latest in a long line of Sunderland managers, can he finally turn things around?

We also discuss the Millwall game, reflecting on what was a battle of the goalkeepers. But which one was worse? It would be funny if it wasn't all so tragic.

It's over two weeks since the departure of Simon Grayson and still no new manager in sight. We don't appear to be any closer to a decision today either. Not ideal preparation the visit of. Millwall, which we need to win in order to avoid a record breaking 20th consecutive winless home game.

Graeme Anderson joins the lads in the studio to discuss the latest at SAFC, as well as the new volume of The Tales from the Red and Whites.

Simon Grayson's reign as SAFC boss lasted just 15 games, but you'll be hard pressed to find anyone who could make a case for him after Tuesday's awful home draw against Bolton. We talk about Grayson's dismissal and who might replace him, the Bolton game and preview the Middlesbrough match on Sunday.
