Brockers talks of an uplifting morning at Eastleigh parkrun, whilst Nicola recounts a challenging parkrun eve, though her parkrun day was anything but Blue.

Stewart is back to get nautical with Nicola as we celebrate the first year of parkrun returning to England as well as the 5,000,000th unique finisher at parkrun globally. Stewart gets bemused as Nicola gets 'Trigger Happy', they share the stats, your things and arbitraries, all in a buoyant mood. Nicola stayed local for Woodhouse Moor parkrun whilst Stewart gets his Monmouth around Chippenham Playing Fields parkrun.
