  • Episode 4 - Solocast about simplicity

    Send us a text

Today I would like to talk to you about 2 things:

    • Why it matters to nourish your body (and how it’ll fill your mind too)
    • AND simplicity or how you can cook with almost no tools, no space or no time. Basically showing there is no excuse not to make it happen

And I say this without any judgement because I know first hand how difficult it is sometimes to make nutritious food.

Some days, we don’t have any time, or the fridge is empty, or we are just too tired! I know I am sometimes, and, more often than I used to since I had kids!
