Dylan Swearingen claimed to be one of Christian Andreacchio’s best friends. They had not been close in high school, but a bad breakup for Dylan coincided with Christian’s final split with Avery, and the two began to hang out more. It wasn’t long before Dylan’s drug use escalated, and Christian warned Whitley that he considered Dylan a bad influence. That didn’t stop her from letting Dylan come over when Christian was gone working on the boat. Christian and Dylan’s relationship became so strained that witnesses have them fighting at a party in December. After that, contact between the two practically stopped. So why would Dylan be the one Christian called for a ride back to Meridian? Private investigator Sheila Wysocki highlights key differences in Dylan and Whitley’s statements. You heard Kassie Coleman, Benny Dubose, J Arrington, Gypsi Ward, Tony Green, and Richie McAllister discussing the Christian Andreacchio case in the last two episodes. The focus was on the case file — who had it and what was in it. Of course, they managed to get in a few underhanded remarks about the Andreacchios, the family asking questions about the botched investigation of Christian's death. There are two things everyone in that room agreed on: First, it was a botched investigation, and second, the body was moved. Even with that knowledge about the investigation and the case, no one in that room needs to help this family by finding out the truth. It appears the truth is whatever these six individuals decide. During the leaked meeting, J. Arrington described Mark as "a private investigator who said he had new evidence." It is important for you, the listeners, to hear what Mark said to Arrington. In this episode, you'll hear the recorded phone call between J. A meeting was held on July 1 at the Meridian Police Dept. The following people attended Kassie Coleman – District Attorney Benny Dubose – Police Chief (MPD) Jay Arrington – Captain of Investigations (MPD) Gypsi Ward – Investigator (AG) Tony Green – Director of Investigations PID (AG) Richie McAlister – Chief Administrative Officer Christian Andreacchio’s case was the subject of the meeting, the power players in Meridian and Mississippi all in one place discussing Christian. The meeting speaks for itself. Jay Arrington spent the meeting covering his actions and agitated that the Andreacchios have sought outside help. Kassie Coleman concentrated on what information was at the police station, in the evidence locker, and what communications they had available with the Andreacchios. Of course, Kassie Coleman keeps saying there isn’t new evidence, a ridiculous statement. Why Richie McAlister is involved in the meeting, is perplexing. Tony Green, the director of public integrity, being part of the conversation is invaluable. His belief in his role, the AG office, and the Andreacchios speak volumes. Gypsi Ward was the investigator on the case, and she also presented the case to the grand jury. This group of collaborators appears to be covering their actions, slamming the Andreacchios and their efforts.  Listen to the conversation, and decide whether you want this group of collaborators in charge of your son’s case.
