Laura Owens has been indicted a second time by a grand jury in Maricopa County, Arizona. Owens is accused of forging documents and to and perjuring herself in an scheme to get two men to pay child support to her. One of the victims was a former contestant on the reality show "The Bachelor." The County Attorney said Owens was not pregnant.
