Rosanna frantically reached out to me in December 2021 after hearing me on the Manifestation Babe Podcast. 

She wanted help moving stagnant energy in her body. 

On our Interest Call I found out she was a lightworker ready to leave her 9-5 to become a Full-Time Healer! 

By January 2022 she was my private client. 

Within a few months of our work together, she had such incredible manifestations come through that I just had to have her come on the show as a guest and share.

As humans, none of us are immune to anxiety.

You can experience anxiety AND trust the Universe + yourself. The two are not mutually exclusive.

When I worked in the corporate world, I experienced what seemed like constant anxiety and I didn’t have any tools to help me manage it.

It wasn’t until I consistently started doing yoga that I found any relief.

Now that I run my own business, I experience very little anxiety. But I also did a lot of shadow work to address all of that anxiety I was feeling.
