This past May I unknowingly cast a powerful spell on my life and business…

While hosting my annual Retreat I found myself on the top of a spire in Sedona, AZ with a gorgeous view of the red rocks…

With my clients and a local healer as my witness, I heard myself say “I want to burn it all down.”

This was an accurate statement but one that held way more magic than I was ready for at the time.

One client at a time the Universe ripped my whole business apart

Since then I’ve also received signs, books, downloads, action steps, and clarity around what gets to shed.

I experienced some resistance. I wrestled with the downloads. I gripped tightly to the plan that I had made for myself.

But now I am truly ready to surrender to the Universe's plan for me.

It is all burning down so that something new can be reborn.

People pleasing.

It’s a trauma response that keeps you playing small.

I have noticed it again and again in myself and in the people that I coach and support.

The majority of us, especially those of us socialized as women, started people pleasing as children.

We learned at an early age that in order to get our needs met, we had to try to satisfy all of the people around us.

I am not here to tell you that it's bad and you should stop.

What I am actually going to do is tell you how to leverage your people pleasing and make it your superpower.

What if pleasing people actually meant that you were living in your truth, speaking your truth, honoring your boundaries, and doing the work that is your purpose here on earth?

Really, that’s what the world needs.

The world needs more women, witches, and healers standing in their power and living out their truth in their day to day lives.

This meditation is designed to help you manifest your desires with more ease.

Here’s how it works:

These are Laws of the Universe that do not turn off, discriminate, or waver.

They don’t care if your vibration is intentional or not.

They don’t care what color skin suit you occupy in this lifetime.

They don’t care if you’re aware of your vibration.

They don’t care if your vibration is caused by trauma, societal conditioning, domestication, or from your highest truth.

They don’t give a fuck.

The Universe and its Laws, are simply reflecting your dominant vibration back to you.

When you are IN the energy, vibration, or feeling of:

“There’s no way”

“Who am I to have that”

“It’s so far away”

“I can’t do it”

You attract more opportunities to feel that way.

Good news!

There’s another way.

SIDE NOTE: Don’t bypass these feelings. Face them in a safe container through shadow and somatic healing work (see resources section below)

But we don’t need to do shadow work forever, eventually you’re ready for some Lightwork.

And that’s what this meditation is all about.

When you’re IN the energy, vibration, or feeling of:

“Thank you for bringing my desire to me with so much ease!”

…then you become a vibrational match and magnet to the inspired action, situations, and opportunities that will bring desires to you with ease.

Most people spend their lives focusing on what they DON'T want.

“I don’t want to inherit my ancestral trauma”

“I don’t want to fail”

“I don’t want to continue this unhealthy pattern”

“I don’t want to get triggered”

The only way out is through.

Don’t be like them.

Do your shadow work and somatic healing too, and then intentionally shift into the energy of your desires through this meditation.

What you focus on expands.

Where focus goes energy flows.

So why not INTENTIONALLY focus on what you WANT to happen so that you flow your manifestation powers into desires, and not your fears.

In this guided meditation podcast, we practice the vibration of already having your desires.

So that the Universe will begin to pick up on this vibration…

And reflect back to you EVIDENCE that you’re being guided, supported, and manifested through the Universe.

But it will likely come in a way that you never expected.

Be open to receive.
