Helen's interview with Angela de la Cruz. Angela is a nudism promoter and adventurer living in Guadalajara, Mexico. She also runs online clothing optional Spanish language and yoga classes. She is a fairly recent convert to naturism for whom it has helped her overcome the traumas of her past, reclaim her sense of self and it's fair to say has completely changed her life.

Helen's interview with Fiona Discombe, a long term naturist and nude health campaigner. Fiona, together with her husband Mike, owns and runs a naturist narrowboat hotel in the south of England.
