WOMEN OF GRACE host Johnnette Williams looks today at the writings of Fr. Emile Neubert. In his book “My Ideal- Jesus, Son of Mary” he looks at the power of Jesus baptism. Caller Melissa wants to know was Jesus an adult or and baby when baptized? Christina called in and wants to know if the upcoming retreat that Johnnette will do is for her. She has a friend who recently lost her husband and wants to know if she should come or go to a wedding. Life Out Of Balance

On today’s WOMEN OF GRACE host Johnnette Williams emphasizes that men should follow St. Joseph as an example. He is what a true man is about. Men should not think that they are ok to be women. It may be a politically incorrect thought but we are out of balance today. We should not be lusting for things we do not have or that we do not need to have. Surrender to the Lord everything. Caller Emma says that Anne Catherine Emerich ‘s writings brought her to St. Joseph . Caller Marcia is having issues with her niece who is in a same sex ‘marriage’. The family is upset with Marcia since she did not approve and keep telling her the couple is ‘happy’. Johnnette explains that you cannot be happy or find true joy when you are not living in God’s will. She must keep praying for them. On YouTube Cindy has a husband who is indifferent to her since she stays at home and he make the money for the family. Johnnette gives her some great advice on today’s WOMEN OF GRACE.

Joseph- Head of the Holy Family

On today’s WOMEN OF GRACE host Johnnette Williams says we must give the gift of our weakness to Jesus. We do know want to even make know what our weakness maybe but Jesus says bring it to Him. We can also ask St. Joseph to pray for us too. St. Theresa of Avila said that there was nothing she had even ask St. Joseph’s help for that was never answered. As the head of the Holy Family, Joseph had the respect of Jesus. We want to be like Joseph – spouse of the Mother of God. Mirror of Patience- Glory of Home Life- Head of the Holy Family- Terror of Demons – Caller Flemmings said that his biological father was not a good one. He recently turned to St. Joseph when seeking a vocation. He will be married next year. Johnnette says that Joseph is encouragement and gives the joy of a father to us. Riccardo called and loves the titles of St. Joseph but his greatest respect is the words that Joseph did not say. He acted. That was the true love. Caller Mark has a sister that is turning his niece into a feminist and against men. What can he say? Make 2019 a year for Mary

Johnnette Williams, the host of WOMEN OF GRACE continues asking people to make this a personal Marian year. Mary was given to St. John by Jesus on the cross. We are St. John. Mary tended to Jesus’ needs and she will tend to our spiritual needs. Caller Melissa share wisdom of Ven. Fulton Sheen. He says that it was Mary’s blood that Jesus shed on the cross as blood that came from the mother. Johnnette says we can never go wrong when praying the Rosary and it will foil the plots of Satan. Marie called in with anger issues over her father’s failing health over Alzheimer’s. Where does she go with this anger? Johnnette says for her to get angry at the disease is OK . She did nothing to cause this. Blaming yourself is work of the evil one. Michelle calls in and give her thoughts on praying the Devotional to the Holy Name. Johnnette gives an example when praying the Rosary. When you get to the part “….. blessed are you among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb… ‘ pause and slowly say the name “ JESUS” before continuing. Alice called in with great news! 2019 for Mary

Johnnette Williams, the host of WOMEN OF GRACE suggest that in 2019 we make a resolution toward Christ. Ask yourself “Where do I need to work with my life in Christ?” Maybe you should look at His gift to you- his mother. Make this a Marian year. She will guide you to her son. Patricia wants to know how she can consecrate her life and her family to Mary. Johnnette suggest asking Jesus for help in being close to His mother. Talk to Mary. Margaret has a dying husband and want to help him get into Heaven. How can she help as she knows his addictions? Johnnette says this is what spouse are supposed to do - help each other toward Heaven. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. God hears our prayers.

Three Means of Success

WOMEN OF GRACE host Johnnette Williams looks today at the writings of Fr. Emile Neubert. In his book “My Ideal- Jesus, Son of Mary” he write of the three ways to have spiritual success of being closer to Jesus. The first is ‘Daily Examination.’ Every day find a moment and examine briefly how your spiritual work is getting on. Find out what you have done since the beginning of the day to live the life of Jesus and then determine what you are going to do during the rest of the day. In the evening before going to bed, look back over the day to see what you will have to avoid or do in order to improve matters the next day. Number 2 is ‘Spiritual Renewals.’ Arrange for yourself throughout the day a certain number of brief pauses, one or two in the morning and as many in the afternoon. Stay in close contact with Jesus and Our Lady, even if it were by simply repeating His name slowly and with great confidence and love. The third thing to do is to have retreats. Devote more time to the interests of your soul. Each year endeavor to make a few days of retreat in closer intimacy with Jesus. During that time examine yourself to discover why you have not made more headway during the past year, and how you will make more progress during the coming year. Every month, preferably the first Saturday or Sunday, recollect yourself during a part of your free time in order to consider in my presence just where you are with your spiritual work. On Youtube Josie says she follows this after reading in Corinthians where St. Paul tells you to eliminate 8 habits and to emulate 7 virtues. Caller D.J. is going through a divorce and is afraid what this is doing to his kids. Kathy called in and is in a 20 year divorce but her adult child is still having issues with the divorce. Zakar

WOMEN OF GRACE host Johnnette Williams says we must have courage in our daily life. Caller Alice will be having cancer surgery in the next week and she is worried and needs prayer. She asks why this is happening. Johnnette shares the Hebrew word “ZAKAR” with her. Zakar means to remember or to have memory. She need to remember that God did not cause the cancer. He loves his daughter. We are to have confidence and courage that God is using this. Pray the Rosary. In Zakar – we will make the past of the mysteries in the present. Caller Pam lost one child early this year while pregnant. She is with child again and is worried about losing this one. It is hard to go forward. Johnnette shares her story of losing her child.
