October 02, 2019The Mind Matters: S1E2 - The Social Media Impact on AthletesOn this week’s episode Jenny and Chris discuss the impact of social media on athletes and performance. There is no accountability and, usually, no identity. What this does to the mind of the athlete can be distracting and damaging. For show notes and related links for this episode click HERE.For more conversations from the world of women’s sport including articles, blogs, videos and podcasts visit wispsports.com.
