Dai and Ruth are reunited (briefly!) to discuss some key issues ahead of the upcoming games for both the men and women.

The women play Belarus on Tuesday (away) and we wish them well as well as talk about who will replace Sophie Ingle and will the libero role she has been carrying out be sidelined. We also mention Rachel Rowe's return to the squad.

We then move on to the men, and their double header against Slovakia and Croatia. The main talking points revolve around Tom Lawrence, racism in Slovakia and who will replace Chris Mepham in the heart of the Welsh defense as he dropped out of the squad injured.
