On today's show, I wanted to just come on and send out a reminder of all the amazing episodes for all you beautiful souls to recap how many amazing women we have had on the show.  

I have met some beautiful amazing empowhered women who have showed resiliance and triumph in the face of adversary in their lives.  I am so amazed and inspired by each and every one of them.

I am a true believer that even if ONE person is inspired by a story and it helps them on their journey, then I have done my work here.  Please do not think you are unworthy of ANYTHING, as we always say in these shows, you are enough. 

In the sense of things that matter in all the ways you think they do, they don't.  Yours was a perspective brought on by believing that they were real.  We can always say that whatever happens or does not happen has value and is important.  Nothing can change the outcome of you being you, eternally, powerfully, gorgeously loved and forever.  Live your life deliberately, there is always an infathomable safety net beneath you.  You are and will always be NO MATTER WHAT, the you, who you treasure most, whom everyone loves, all indestructable, intergalactic forever and ever being.  You will always BE. 

You will rise above and soar beyond what you think you are able to.  Go rock your life! Contrary to what your physical sense will show you, you are not a loser, when you stand far back enough and take a look you will see that bad things happen, but it does not in any way define who you are! 

Your own invisible and unappreciated by others, strength, grit, sacrifices, fear, bravery, confidence, determination and heorism become known by all, all the petty backstabbing, two timing, lying, cheating con artists, will be found responsible, so hold your head up, it may seem your at a low right now, but life does get better, you have to take the action steps to move forward.  Dont believe what you were told about yourself by someone who is so insecure of themselves.  Your true, often unwitnessed goodness will escape no one, including those who never believed in you. 

I know some of you were used to feel special for helping someone who abused you, but now they are using you as a sounding and possibly a punching board for their never ending problems which makes our sensors off and makes it hard to figure out whats going on inside ourselves, something inside of us feels broken.  They want you to believe that as control, please listen to any or all episodes that resonate with you, these women have gone through tragedies of their own and have become such inspirational women who will help you in your situation.

We don't need to have someone in our lives to make us happy, we can not control other peoples feelings or behavior about us.  We are responsible for our own feelings and we cant give our power away to someone else feel complete and fulfill us, that is not their job, it is our responsibility for ourselves.

Today my guest today is the beautiful Andrea Blindt, Andrea is a registered nurse, holistic health practitioner, international best-selling author, and mindset coach. She uses her personal healing journey to bring wisdom and hope to her patients. She understands that each person is unique, much like the root cause of the obstacles they encounter. After successfully navigating her own healing journey, Andrea inspires others to reclaim their power, advocate for what is in their best interest, and learn the tools needed to be able to make decisions for themselves that are in alignment with their beliefs. .

I love this so much and she is such an inspiration!  Through everything she has been through she never said never and kept pushing forward and didnt give up.  We can all take a page from her that if you want something bad enough, it can happen.

Becoming a fertility nurse and being the cheerleader for everyone else and offering hope for all those wanting to have children was her pull in life.  Even after having twins and dealing with ovarian cists and then her twins passing, she took a step back during her trauma that sat in her cavity of life, her womb. But still, she picked herself up and said this is going to be the last surgery and I will not sit in sorrow anymore and she told her self that her body will be strong and she will face it head on.  

Andrea has learned how to honor her feelings and allow them in.  She will show you how to face them with grace and be your champion.  

Meeting your challenges in life and what can you do in it,  we can have regrets but we cant change them, We have control over this moment, right now and how we show up now. Do you want to be your resiliant self or wallow in it?  Be aware of how you feel and the devastation of your diagnosis but visualize a better future.  

She got to a point in her life when life should of been great, but she hit rock bottom again, how she asks?  She was struggling and couldnt understand and it was exhausting!  Her joy was gone and she allowed herself to be buried in that darkness, but she asked her self, do you like life right now?  No... she got up and start changing it, she worked on her self care. being present and being a mom!

Please know that you are ENOUGH and you can do anything.  She works with women in fertility treatments and also with you and your doctors!  She will be with you every step of the way!

Being a spiritual person myself, I resonated with her alot on the show.  From being in your head, to the negative self talk to the phobias your not good enough..we are all our own worst critics and its about time we stop the negative talk about ourselves and be kinder and know we ARE good enough...for anything!

Welcome into the first episode of 2022 ya’ll!   Another year of some amazing empowered and inspirational women, my first guest of the year is Paulette Stout.  Paulette is the author of Love, Only Better, a contemporary romance and bedroom rallying cry for women everywhere. It is a book meant to celebrate women’s empowerment over their own bodies and pleasure as well as women discovering their own agency and fighting to keep it.

If you look at the cover of her book it is a picture of a grapefruit cut in half and...this was banned by Amazon for being too sexually suggestive ladies!!  

“I guess women taking control over their own lives is too taboo for our society.”

We talk about how in our generation (years back!  :) ) that our parents didn't know how to talk to us about the birds and the bees so we grew up trying to figure it all out.  Raised by a single dad in Manhattan, Paulette was completely unaware of how to orgasm. Sex education was not something her father felt comfortable discussing, and by twenty-eight Paulette felt completely inadequate and traumatized by relationships that ended due to her inability to finish in the bedroom. 

We need to know what we like in order to let our partner know.  Intimacy is a bonding experience and Paulette said the more we talk about it, we can bridge the "orgasm gap".  Speak up in the bedroom and feel comfortable to express your intimate feelings ladies!  Own it.

Research in the Archives of Sexual Behavior found that while 75% of heterosexual men always orgasm during sex, only 33% of heterosexual women do. That’s staggering—but so too is the 42% “orgasm gap” that divides men and women. Which is why it is imperative to open up a meaningful and frank conversation about the pressures and insecurities women experience when it comes to the big O and to stop censoring any possible way that women express themselves
