In this episode, I'm joined by Weston Kephart, a seventeen year old from Oxford, GA who direct messaged me on Instagram that he wanted to share his testimony on the podcast. In this message, he expressed that "honestly i've been kinda feeling like the lord has put it on my heart to reach out to you! the lord has been telling me to be more open about sharing my testimony without fear of judgement. i used to be gay until christ save me from my sin!!" - West. We discuss his testimony and how JESUS rescued Him from a life of sin and how He helped West deny himself daily and seek heaven instead of earthly desires. West admits that he is nothing without God's grace, and that without Christ's sacrifice, we as sinful humans deserve hell and separation from God. For every listener who struggles with lust or same-sex attraction out there who wants to have a relationship with Jesus and is doubtful that it's possible, that is a LIE from the enemy. Jesus can change our hearts if we are willing to repent from our sin and recognize that we are sinful in nature and that we need Christ's blood to make us clean from unrighteousness. NOTHING is impossible with GOD. We don't deserve His grace or forgiveness. He is living water and He is life.
